Pick the picture for the game you’re playing
The console sends up to 1080p at 60 frames per second. PS5 streams HEVC and PS4 streams H.264, decoded in hardware where your device supports it. Try a preset below.
Choose Fit to keep the whole picture or Fill to use every pixel of your screen. Android shows the stream at its native size.
Wakes the console for you
Press Play and a console in rest mode wakes up and starts the stream.
Your controller, or your thumbs
Pair a DualSense or another supported gamepad. Without one, sticks, triggers, face buttons and a two‑finger touchpad are on screen. Mac adds keyboard controls.
Adapts when the Wi‑Fi is busy
Congestion feedback tells the console when your network is struggling, so the stream can adjust instead of freezing.
Nothing leaves your home
There is no Warpad sign‑in and no Warpad server. Pairing keys stay in the iOS Keychain or the Android Keystore, and never appear in diagnostics you export.

Pairing happens once per console and stays on your device. It takes about two minutes with the console in front of you.

Ask the console for a code
On your PS5 open Settings › System › Remote Play › Link Device. It shows an eight‑digit code.
On PS4: Settings › Remote Play Connection Settings › Add Device.

Find it in Warpad
Tap Add console. Warpad searches your Wi‑Fi and lists what it finds. Pick yours, or type its address if you keep it on a fixed IP.

Enter the code and play
Type the code and the numeric PSN account ID of the account signed in on the console. The pairing is saved to your device. Press Play now.
The app explains where to look up your account ID if you don’t know it.

Does it work away from home?
Not yet. Warpad plays over your home Wi‑Fi today, in any room your network reaches. Playing over the internet is on the roadmap.
Do I sign in with my PlayStation account?
No. You enter your numeric PSN account ID once while pairing so the console knows who is connecting. Warpad has no account of its own and no servers.
Which consoles are supported?
PS5 and PS4 with Remote Play turned on. PS5 streams HEVC, and you can switch it to H.264 if your device handles that better. PS4 streams H.264.
Is 4K really 4K?
The console sends up to 1080p. On iPhone, iPad and Mac, MetalFX upscales that picture to 1440p or 4K so it holds up on a large display. Android shows the stream at its native size.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Open Warpad Pro in the app and try every Pro feature free for 7 days. Nothing is charged automatically, and when the trial ends Warpad keeps working on one console at 720p.
Do I pay again on another device?
Not on the same store. Warpad Pro is a one‑time purchase that restores on your other devices signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account, and Family Sharing covers your family on Apple devices. App Store and Google Play purchases are separate.
What happens if I switch apps mid‑game?
The session ends when Warpad goes to the background, so the console isn’t left streaming to nothing. Open Warpad again and press Play to reconnect.
